This Sockeye Salmon Fillet/Portion Combo consists of half an order of fillets and half an order of portions.  Fillets are a whole side of a salmon, averaging 1.3 pounds each.  Portions are smaller cuts of a fillet and average 6-8 oz. each.

Wild and sustainable, your Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is bled, filleted, deboned of pin bones, vacuum packed and flash frozen by our Co-op.  Your salmon is the “A Grade” fish picked off the top of the whole run.
