• If I place a PRE-ORDER before your fishing season when does it ship?
    • Shipments start in September or October, depending on how each fishing season goes.We catch Hooligan in the beginning of May, Black Cod and Halibut at the beginning of June and sockeye salmon in June and July.  Thanks for understand as it can take a bit to get all orders sorted through and everything packaged and ready to ship.
  • Why should I place a PRE-ORDER?
    • By committing to a pre-season order you are assured a spot on our list and the best price of the year!  Pledging your support at the beginning of the season helps us make pre-season gear and boat upgrades and plan for how much salmon, halibut, black cod and hooligan to catch for you.  By ordering with friends and buying in bulk you get the best prices possible.
  • If I don't place a PRE-ORDER before your fishing season can I still order later?
    • YES.  We sell our scrumptious seafood as IN-STOCK orders once it's caught.  This generally happens from October through May, but has limited availability and we often sell out sooner.
    • How do I place a Bulk Buying Club order?
      • Under box size for each type of fish simply choose the Bulk Buying Club option for a 110 lb. order!  Read these Bulk Buying Club details.  If you want a certain mix of seafood you don't see just contact us and let us know how much of each fish you want.  We'll send you a custom invoice.
    • How much scrumptious seafood can I fit in the regular freezer on my stand up refrigerator?
      • A regular, small freezer on a stand-up refrigerator is about 3 cubic feet.  A 24 pound order of our scrumptious seafood takes up about 1 cubic foot.  In general it's easier to puzzle pieces the smaller portions than the fillets into a small space.  All that being said, if you're really looking to source your food from great places in large volumes a chest freezer is a great choice.
