This Pacific Halibut Share consists of all boneless, skinless portions.  Portions are smaller cuts of a fillet and average 6-12 ounces each.  

We catch this PRE-ORDER over the summer and ship it to you in September or October depending on the fishing season, as opposed to our seafood that SHIPS NOW.

Your Alaskan halibut is caught BY US in our skiff!   The halibut is caught on long-line gear, dressed at sea and promptly iced, filleted, skinned, portioned and vacuum packed.  It doesn't get much better than this!
