This Sockeye Salmon Share consists of all fillets.  Fillets are a whole side of salmon, averaging 1.3 pounds each, and are larger than our portions.  

We catch this PRE-ORDER over the summer and ship it to you in September or October depending on the fishing season, as opposed to our seafood that SHIPS NOW.

Wild and sustainable, your Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Share is bled, filleted, deboned of pin bones, vacuum packed and flash frozen by our Co-op.  Your salmon is the “A Grade” fish picked off the top of the whole run.
